About Organizational Design Community (ODC)

Organizational Design Community is an international community of scholars, executives, and organizations dedicated to advancing the theory and practice of organization design. ODC seeks to be the preeminent community where research, practice, and learning intersect to produce valuable design knowledge and applications.

To access the community area you need to be a member of the community. The community offers a broad range of activities and services all created by members, for members. The community is both for persons from the academic and corporate world.

As a member, you can participate in the ODC annual conference free of charge. EIASM EDEN Doctoral Seminar in Organization Design

Assistant or Full Professor of Strategy

The new professor will be a member of HEC Lausanne’s Strategy Department, which is currently composed by Professors Bonardi, Cadot, Castañer, Grassi, Palazzo, Petty and Philippe, covering the areas of business and corporate strategy, non-market strategy, corporate social responsibility and governance, globalization and entrepreneurship. The Strategy faculty has published in leading journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Administrative Science Quarterly, Business and Politics, Business & Society, Games and Economic Behavior, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Business Venturing, Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies, Journal of Public Economics, Managerial and Decision Economics, Review of International Economics, Strategic Management Journal, and Strategy Organization, among others.
