About Organizational Design Community (ODC)

Organizational Design Community is an international community of scholars, executives, and organizations dedicated to advancing the theory and practice of organization design. ODC seeks to be the preeminent community where research, practice, and learning intersect to produce valuable design knowledge and applications.

To access the community area you need to be a member of the community. The community offers a broad range of activities and services all created by members, for members. The community is both for persons from the academic and corporate world.

As a member, you can participate in the ODC annual conference free of charge. Other membership benefits include free participation in all ODC activities, such as periodic workshops, webinars, discounts on books, and other conference participation that ODC partly sponsors.
