We are delighted to invite you to the ODC Annual Conference 2024, which will be held virtually on November 7-8, 2024. This year's theme, The Future of Work, will critically explore the significant shifts reshaping the workplace, driven by automation, advancements in AI and technology, and evolving organizational dynamics. Co-organized by Pooyan Khashabi (ESSEC) and Prithwiraj (Raj) Choudhury (HBS), the conference will provide a rigorous academic forum for discussing the challenges and opportunities these transformations pose for individuals, institutions, and society at large. The ODC Annual Conference 2024 will engage with these pressing issues, seeking to address the trajectories of work across sectors, with a particular focus on their implications for academic research.
