ODC is a members driven community. Our activities are based on the ideas and commitment of our members, so getting the right people on board has always been a top priority for us.

Our history shows this. In 2011 the 16 founding members each invited 5 fellow colleagues, who then again invited 5 and so on. Today ODC has app. 130 members, but we are always interested in new organization designers - individuals, firms, organizations or institutions - wishing to support and enhance ODC’s mission.

We therefore encourage you to recommend OCD to fellow colleagues. They are welcome to send an application for membership to the Board of Directors, which is responsible for specifying the admission criteria and accepting new members.
