It is a great pleasure to announce that the Organizational Design Community (www.orgdesigncomm.com) has published issue number 2 of the Journal of Organization Design (www.jorgdesign.net). The issue was launched on 3 August during the inaugural ODC conference in Boston hosted by Harvard Business School. We are very excited about this new publication and hope you find the content interesting. This is the first full issue containing research articles, a translational article, point of view, and urgent issue. Some of these articles are also accompanied by an introduction video by the author explaining why the article is important and why you should read it. Enjoy!
