Data driven organization design- Supporting digital transformation through a data- driven organization design approach, bringing research and practice together. 

Ralf Buechsenschuss, Global Head of Organization Design, People Analytics & Digitalization from Zurich Insurance, will share insights and learnings about the current Organization Design approach to succeed in the ongoing digital transformation process across the insurance industry.

Ralf will share how a data-driven Organization Design approach got implemented, sharing his experience about leveraging different techniques such as organizational network analysis, measurement of leadership behaviours and machine learning algorithms to ensure goal alignment.

Introduction by Phanish Puranam and Arianna Marchetti, following by presentation and Q & A.
