• Rani Salman is the Managing Partner at Caliber Consulting, a boutique consulting and training firm that specializes in Strategy, Organizational Design, and Culture.  With over 100+ clients in the arenas of Organizational Design & Culture, Caliber Consulting has made its mark as one of the leading global boutiques in Organization Design and Culture Change. 

  Prior to joining Caliber, Rani worked with various global strategy consulting houses and specialized in the field of strategy execution, where cultural change was a key component.  He is also a Master Trainer in Certified Organization Design and Cultural Change courses ran across the globe and works closely with many thought leaders in the areas of Strategy, Organization Design and Development.  Rani was also an editorial advisor in the Wall Street Journal Best Selling Book “Well Being: The 5 Essential Elements” and is also an aspiring editor/author in the area of Organization Design. 

  Although based in Dubai currently, Rani Salman spent many years in North America and in Canada, where he attained a bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering and also holds an MBA from HEC.
