Annual General Meeting Minutes

Agenda

The agenda shall comprise the following items:

  1. Election of meeting chairperson ( The board nominates Richard M. Burton)
  2. Annual report from the Board of Directors. See the report here.
  3. Annual financial report
  4. Election of members of the Board of Directors (Tim Carroll, Amy Kates and Charles Snow can be re-elected for another term. They are all willing to accept another term. The Board suggests that the number of board members is increased from 7 to 10 according to the Articles of Association. The Board nominates Paul Wayne, Phanish Puranam and Tobias Kretschmer to be elected as new members of the Board.)
  5. Election of auditor (The board nominates Tim Carol to be reelected)
  6. Motions received from members of the Board of Directors or Association members
  7. Any other business for discussion only
  8. The annual general meeting shall be called with no less than fourteen (14) days notice. The agenda for the annual meeting shall be sent out to the members no later than eight (8) days before the meeting.

At the annual general meeting, decisions can only be made on agenda items.

Members shall submit items for the agenda to the Association office no later than ten (10) days before the annual general meeting.
