The Inaugural ODC Conference 2012

The Organizational Design Community (ODC) is pleased to announce its first conference. The conference theme is the future of organization design. The conference will focus on the opportunities and challenges that organizations are and will be facing and the role that design can play in creating organizations capable of handling future environments and circumstances. We will explore the strengths and limitations of the science and practice of organization design, and we will discuss how organization design theory and practice can be improved. In addition, major tools and techniques for studying the future will be described and explained. Two panels drawn from academia and industry will present their views with ample opportunity for audience participation.

It is advised to arrive at Harvard Business School, off Western Avenue the Batten Way entrance, please see the attached maps in the navigation to the right for directions. There is a food court in Spangler Center if you wish to get some lunch prior to the conference.
