New Frontiers in Understanding and Managing Organizational Culture

30th March 2023, Thursday at 11am Eastern Time

This talk will explore the intersections of technology, culture, and organizational success. We will highlight new methods for measuring different facets of culture and illustrate how they can shed new light on the drivers of individual, group, and organizational performance. Applications of these methods to such topics as post-merger cultural integration, cognitive diversity in groups, team composition, and innovation will be discussed.
