Virtual Organization Design Community Extraordinary General Meeting for Members 2021

The meeting will be conducted via Zoom. Links will be sent prior to the meeting.

Time: 4 pm Aarhus ( 10 AM US East Coast, 7 AM US West Coast,  10 PM Singapore)

It will be possible to participate at the ODC location in Aarhus, but we strongly encourage members to participate via Zoom.

Agenda:

At the Annual General meeting a revision of the articles of association was proposed. A majority of the members participating in the general meeting unanimously approved the revision. However, a 2/3 of the member quorum was not participating in the annual meeting. Therefore the revision has to be rectified at an Extraordinary General Meeting. At the Extraordinary General Meeting there are no quorum requirement and a simple majority is necessary.
