In their work with the teams that push the boundaries of technological possibility, Omeed and Martin reflect on the important changes in the horizon for the tech sector and explore the big questions org design practitioners would need to answer in the coming years. They will offer an insider view of the organizational challenges in meeting some of tech’s biggest promises and risks: building privacy-first tech, ambient computing, quantum.
