The business landscape may have changed radically over the past year, but the challenges of organizing people to collaborate across company, culture, language, and location boundaries persist. Kates Kesler’s new book, “Networked, Scaled, and Agile: A Design Strategy for Complex Organizations,” offers frameworks and tools for managing the tensions inherent in every organization today.
