This webinar will provide an introduction to agent-based modeling. Models and simulations are being increasingly deployed by researchers and practitioners in order to better understand how organizations work, make predictions about organizational outcomes, and decide which policies to implement inside organizations. Whether you already have some experience with models or none at all, we hope this webinar helps you understand how to build, run, and apply agent-based models. We will provide hands-on examples during the session.

Speaker Intro:

Julien Clement is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He studies organization design and its impact on collaboration within and across organizations

Helge Klapper is an Assistant Professor of Innovation Management at the Rotterdam School of Management. He received his PhD from the University of Vienna. His research focuses on novel forms of organizing and decision-making in organizations.
