Jaclyn has worked with numerous clients on global redesign projects and excels in diagnostics, structure and process redesign, as well as global implementation planning and activation. She has experience supporting executive teams in implementing agile and scalable organizational models to drive diverse, global brands and go-to-market strategies.

Prior to joining the Kates Kesler team, Jaclyn was a consultant at Strategy& (formerly Booz and Company) in the Technology, Information, Communication, and Entertainment Group. There she worked with management teams to optimize resource allocation across divisions and provided in-depth operating model analyses to support restructuring and redesign projects. She has also worked on digital platform integration and R&D portfolio rationalization.

In addition to consulting, Jaclyn leverages her experience as a guest lecturer at New York University and  Brooklyn College in the Industrial & Organizational Psychology Graduate Department. She holds a bachelor’s degree with a dual concentration in Finance and Operations & Information Management from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
