    Dr. Naomi Stanford, a leading organization design practitioner, teacher, and author of 6 books, just successfully got certified by the Organization Design Community’s unique program that aims to certify the true professionals within the field of organization design. In her article dedicated to the ODC certification program, Naomi reports that
