Why did you agree to serve on the ODC board?

When I started ON THE MARK over 32 years ago, I made a commitment to give back, contribute and nurture professional industry groups in the organization design and development space as they supported me and my professional growth. Fast forward 32 years, I helped start and grow the European Org Design Forum (EODF) and served on the Board for its first ten years. After I completed my board tenure with the EODF, I turned my attention to supporting the ODC.  My not-very-ulterior motive is to bridge and connect all of the organization design communities of practice and professionals globally irrespective of their preferred approaches and/or roles (research, practice, etc.). Thus my contribution to the CODP certification. I believe we are stronger together than apart.  Currently OTM staff serve as boards members, stewards and volunteers on the EODF, ODF, ODC and the STS Roundtable.

What are your aspirations for the Community?

Forge deeper and stronger ties across organization design professional groups, regions of the globe and strengthen the standards of practice.
