GURNETTA VASUDEVA

Why did you agree to serve on the ODC board?

This is an exciting time for organization design scholars as we witness the emergence and growth of digitization, platform-based business models and the disruption of traditional models of how and where we work. By serving on the ODC board, I hope to become more deeply engaged with initiatives in these emergent and important phenomena concerning the design of organizations.

What are your aspirations for the Community?

My hope is that the community will grow, foster greater collaboration among scholars, policy makers and practitioners, and contribute to society.
